The Sea Has Two Mouths

The sea slips away from the sand

without the complications of goodbye.

Just a quick slippery kiss

before she slides back into herself.

Slides from her brown murky self

into her green self,

and from there

into her blue self,

which is really her second mouth

that is also kissing the sky
